Rum Raisin

Real chill mix of classic reggae and dancehall tunes. This was actually recorded years ago from all 45's. I completely forgot about this mix until recently a friend found it on various sites and blogs that ended up putting it online years ago. I had no idea...I ain't mad at all though...

(On the CD cover - Jamaica's legendary Devon House)

D-UP @ Bella Rose This Wednesday 12/17

I will be at the good Bella Rose this Wednesday, Dec. 17. I've been a fan of this place for a minute so I can't wait to get it in.

"If you want to find a purely locals' scene, we recommend checking out Bella Rose, the bar/lounge located at 423 16th St. in Miami Beach. Bella Rose is reminiscent of the days of South Beach before the billion-dollar bottle club came to town."

Finally got a few pics up from the various times I've played at Mokai. Click HERE for pics.

Hipster Overkill

The homies (Dimitris George, DJ Tru & MCSL) over at Hipster Overkill have a really dope site going on. Covering all things music, this site has definitely put me on to a ton of music, mixes, parties, artists, etc. Not to mention, DG and Tru and dope DJ's, and MCSL is ill on the mic. They also throw some wild events in and out of Washington, D.C. That being said, I feel lucky that they are featuring my live mix cd, "Live At The Delano." Check for my joint in the 'blogs' section.
